Wordpress Landing Page

I would like a simple but compelling and effective landing page that I can use to drive traffic to my Amazon listings.
I would like the landing page to be constructed from Wordpress so I can easily update the product images /deals / links as required. I would also like to collect names and emails of people who can be contacted for future offers. Obviously the email collection and future email marketing would need to be compliant with any SPAM / GDPR laws.
Please find attached sketch of what I think I need. I already have product images and a brand logo. For the product images I would like them to be magnified when the mouse arrow goes over them just the same as in Amazon.
I already have a domain name and web space so on completion I would like the landing page to be uploaded to my account along with the free Wordpress platform so I can edit and update future product images. To start with I would like 4 product image spaces just like the sketch.
