Kind of development: Customization of existing website
Description of every page/module: I just need a fix. CLient wants logo to be centered on both mobile device and desktop views.

I need ASAP, as client is upset. I have already paid once to have this done, but the programmer said they couldnt get it to go center on both desktop and mobile. I can not believe this can not be done. I just don't think the programmer knew how.
