Wordpress developer to re-skin and modernise our website

General information for the website: We sell managed video production and marketing services
Num. of web pages/modules: 15
Description of every page/module: See www.thevideonewsfactory.com - the current design

Then see http://unruly.co which is a site we would like to emulate,
Description of requirements/features: Essentially we need to re-skin and improve our company website. The colour scheme on white and turqouise with the logo will stay but we need a more modern and professional looking site and you can drop the brown colour and mix the white and turqouise with other complementary colours.

We want the Blog to be more pictorial and image packed like the unruly site.

Content will stay the same, so can be scrapped.

Also improve SEO optimization and security improvement to prevent spammers and hackers.

On the front page would be good to have a 'can we help you lightbox whilst the intro video is playing.

Also we want to open up a membership access rights capability, so that on our useful information, the viewer sees the healdine and opening paragraph but needs to be logged on as a member to read the full article. Registration will be free and also linked to MailChimp opt-in (we have an account already set up for this.

Hosting is not required, we have a good platform with Buehost.

Essentially we need a facelift and a really nice design we can feel proud of, so we'll be looking at what contractors have done previously.
