WordPress design + build

I am looking to have a company website designed and built. The site is for a software house and will be designed to show the services offered and a portfolio.

I mentioned WordPress in the title but I am happy to use any other free CMS.

Site is informational only, so no need for any eCommerce. I do not require hosting.

Within quote I need to ensure that all assets used within the site are included within the price (plus any associated license costs).

I will provide a logo, however site design is in your control.

Although I want an affordable solution, I also want to be satisfied with the work so be accurate with pricing as it will not be the ultimate deciding factor in my decision.
