Wordpress Booking Solution

This booking plugin is for an outdoor activity centre that needs to take bookings online, they are currently using amelia for their booking solution however they have requirements that amelia cannot offer, we either need somebody to come in and add in the custom features to Amelia or create a custom booking plugin that has all of the features that amelia currently does but with the inclusion of the extra requested features.

This is referring to when the customer books in for an event. At the moment the customer will book in and the admin gets notified and then the booking is automatically added to google calendar, however the client wants more information to be added to the google calendar booking so when the admin checks his calendar he can see the 1. Booking Name / Number of people / players - Contact details of the booking customer and the deposit amount paid.

This is more or less the same, on Amelia at the moment they have it setup to use both Services and Events, the events booking they need the google calendar integration to show the Event Name - Total number of attendees - Breakdown of all attendee names - How many spaces 1 attendee has booked (as 1 customer can book in for maybe 10 of his friends) - and the total payment amount.

-Booking a service – Payment to take only 50% deposit
When customers are booking a service they need to be able to offer a 50% deposit for some reason amelia cannot do this even though it should be a fairly common aspect of a booking system.


-Require a way to process refunds from the booking directly
Self Explanatory, they need the ability to offer refunds directly from the booking system, theyre payment gateway is stripe, need a way to add this in.

-Need an easier way to block out times for services.
They need a way to be able to go to their calendar and book out times by just clicking on the timeslot, if you can find an acceptable workaround that is easy to do quickly then please let us know.

-Bulk move attendees when needed.
Need a way to bulk move attendees from 1 event to another (for example if an event is cancelled but the attendees want to continue their booking for another day, needs to be an option somewhere to simply move the attendees to a different date without cancelling their booking.

A new plugin must look and operate similar to Amelia, must have all features Amelia can currently offer aswell as the new requested features client wants above. Plugin must have capacity for growth and room for more features in the future.
