I have a Wordpress Site Setup as a Multi-Site Under one Single Install and admin Panel. 3 Websites run under one install.

The Navigation menu currently is too large and confusing for most clients to browse the site and find the items they want. I need to setup 2 Forms of navigation on the site:

One Browsing By Virtues/Desire
Browsing by Category.

I need a Tag Based System Setup, With navigation allowing the user to browse by Desire or browse by Catergories.

Both Navigation menu will need to be setup on the Header, Removing any other links from that position and removing the side navigation (Moving position)

I also need Links navigation Removed from the front Landing Page of both domains.
