    You state that it is not a big issue, everything is prepared to recover from the virus attack. Why don't you do it yourself? Or have it solved by your provider?

    If its malware it could be a plugin causing it. So all plugins and wp core need to be uploaded again. Is it a recurring issue that you are facing?
