Woocommerce shop - multiple item selector (create your own)

We're a pre-launch company supplying chocolates and confectionery to expats around the globe.
I have one outstanding problem too complex for my developer before they handed back the project. The create your own selection does not work properly. Originally there were buttons next to each item but they were tiny on phones and hard to press we also had and still have issues with it falling over easily just by putting in higher values or spamming the up arrow to add more- it crashes Chrome.

There are 3 product selection boxes available, 10(s), 15(m) and 20(L) items.

• The customer should not be able to choose more items than the box limit.(s/m/L)- This needs to be solid and near impossible to break. You should not be able to override the value by typing numbers into value boxes.
• There should be a warning that you have too few items to proceed and a physical stop on being able to proceed. (greyed out add to basket?)
• We need A scrolling counter showing how many items you have chosen and have left to choose.
• The format on computers needs changing - currently only two columns wide with a lot of dead space on either side. This still needs to be responsive for mobile devices.
• Create your own needs to be much smoother and user friendly than it currently is.

This feature needs to be robust. I estimate it will be used in upto 80% of our sales. I need someone who is confident they can fix this and has the experience to do so. This needs to be completed within 2 weeks.
