Description of every page/module: Upload of wordpress template and customisation of the following page templates:

About page
Service page
Projects / Case Study page

Description of requirements/features: I require someone to upload my chosen theme (https://themeforest.net/item/stockholm-a-genuinely-multiconcept-theme/8819050) to my existing host / domain, deploy my chosen demo of the theme (tomas - http://demo.select-themes.com/stockholm19/) then make customisation's to the page templates to match the provided wireframes.
The theme comes with visual composer and an existing library of elements, used within the chosen demo (tomas) and the other demos of the theme (others can be seen here - http://preview.themeforest.net/item/stockholm-a-genuinely-multiconcept-theme/full_screen_preview/8819050?_ga=1.74130002.1947627119.1477316157) which I expect to be deployed / used on my page templates (therefore there should be little additional customisation required).
Each of the page templates, can have dummy content in place, which I will update once satisfied that the templates are correct and work as requested.
Each of the page templates, along with each section of the page, must be saved to the visual composer library for easy use on other pages in future (as I will be creating additional pages, over time, based on these templates).
The site should use the visual / interactive elements of the theme (hover over effects etc) which are already present.
The theme colours, and background images where necessary (e.g. behind the side navigation) will need to be updated to match my business.
Guidance has been provided on each wireframe, in red, to what template the wireframe is based on - for ease and speed of development.
Extra services needed: Installation, Customization
Extra notes: If you have clearly not read the brief, your proposal will not be considered.
Please do not request for a budget, as this will not be provided - I expect you to provide the cost based on the information provided.
Please confirm how long you believe this task will take to complete.
