Description of requirements/features: Hey,

We are having issues with our site speed. Our page load time for homepage used to show as excellent on Google Speed test. We hired a developer who has managed to reduce it to unacceptable levels.

We have received a report from Moz saying that 1,600 pages are taking more than 10 seconds to load, and our bounce rate is around 80% because of this.

We require someone with experience to put forward a proposal for exactly what the issues are, and how they can be resolved.
