Website revamp, a number of small jobs

I have a busy website (www.dogsfirst.ie) built on Elementor that needs a few tweaks:

1. Need to change my URL to dogsfirsthq.com.
2. Need to fix titles of articles – don't want headers AND h1, one or the other
3. Hook up my pop up with mail chimp properly
4. Put my blog behind a "sign-up" wall after 100 words
5. Put some articles behind a paywall of $2
6. Move my shop to WooCommerce (using an external Shopify shop at mo)
7. I need my sidebar tidied up and made look a bit more professional
8. Any speed tweaks (some pages are slow in certain countries)

Also open to any and all suggestions. I have a book and webinars coming and I need this site to look at bit more professional.
