Website in wordpress

General information for the website: We are looking for a wordpress developer to build a website based on our servers. We are going to install the wordpress theme and provide the text, logos and images to design it. The website is going to have approx 20/25 pages mainly text and pictures and a couple of videos. There will be a section where users can download documents and leave theri details. We need also a news section where users can leave their comments.
