Website Header Graphic Change

Hello, I need website header graphic redesigned and changed.

Header graphic: The Newspaper

What needs to be changed:

1. Words "The Newspaper" to words: Chase The Fear
(Same size, safe font, I do not know what that font is so you'll have to discover)

2. Below it is a subtitle:

Nurse Medicates Fears With Utter Fascination
(font: same as "Featured News", "Daily Feed" on the website - italic one, you can probably see what that font is in the theme, I am not sure. Size: it must be same length as The Newspaper - and just a very little bit shorter, must look nice and professional).

Positioning of all text: Center

Everything is very simple.

And then, upload that graphic on the website.

That's it!

Again, everything needs to looks very nice and professional. No shortcuts.

And I need it to get done quick please.
