Website for training courses with booking forms/payment options

Description: Looking for someone to help us design a fairly cheap but good quality website or wordpress, which we are able to display training courses, which we run.
We want to be able to up-load pictures/video etc.. and also have an option to book on-line.
If guests are able to login as well to the site, that would be a bonus but not essential.

Fairly straight forward and not too complex!
