Website development (site is already designed)

We are looking for someone to develop our website on Wordpress, using designs provided by our designer.

We're keen to have the website up as soon as we can. We also need the supplier to arrange the hosting for us and transfer all the content over from the old website including old blogs, etc.

We want the URLs for each page to be exactly the same so we don't lose our strong SEO position.
