I am looking to redo our business website

We're a staffing firm and we wish to go with minimalist style website with high quality illustrations and graphics.

the graphics and illustrations are very important as well as the functionality

We need the following pages
- Homepage
- Search Jobs - where users can search jobs based on zip code
- Hiring Process
- Hiring Process Employers
- Services page
- Search Profiles - where users can search resumes of clients based on position & zip code
- Enterprise Solutions ( in progress )

Just with or design and style - must have great icons and graphics (MUST)

Functions we wish to have:
- Submit resume pop up
- Submit Hiring Request pop up

I have an idea of how I wish for homepage to look, but I am seeking a developer with eye for design!! That is key for me.
