Website Designer needed for customizing an existing wordpress/e-commerce website

Description of requirements/features: I'm looking for someone to do some minor fine-tuning/customizing for my e-commerce website. It's a wordpress site with a woocommerce theme. I have examples of other websites to show to get an idea of what I need. It's a matter of reorganizing where my menus are and making it look concise. I want the side bar info to somehow be integrated better on the homepage but still be displayed on some of the other pages. Since it's not a complete re-design and just some fine-tuning, I need to keep the budget to no more than $200 if possible.
