Website design & wordpress theme editing

I have a wordpress theme I need edited.. It has a photo slider but the photos are too large so I need to be able to resize the slider images. Also I have a completed wordpress site I need help setting up the database for it and installing. I may have other projects after these.

Let me add this info... I need to be able to re-size the photo slider frame.

I know how to re-size a photograph. When I make the photo smaller it is still the same size in the slider on the website.
