Website Design Required - possibly based on existing Wordpress template

I would like to get my new site designed within a quick turn around time. I am a Live Events Creative Director with a speciality in set, stage and environment. I have already found a great Wordpress template (unless a more custom approach is more feasible) that can be sued as the basis, but I want a clean looking, modern and fresh site. I'm a creative myself so know exactly what I require (in terms of colors, look and feel etc). I just need someone to do it for me and allow me freedom to make changes and small amends in the design process. I have all the content, but the site needs to focus on great imagery (portfolio), some videos and animation and also on the blog aspect with social media setup and fully integrated for me. I'm not after a designer who just does bog standard work. I'm after someone who is creative, fair on cost (I have a limited budget) and easy to work with but who understands the mechanics of web design as well as the creative side.
