General information for the website: French school website

Hi all,

We have web developement skills but we are in need a of a good web designer..
So we decided to give PPH a try on this project..
We need a skilled individual capable of redesigning an old static website into a modern wordpress website.
As the initial content is in french, you will need to have basic french understanding.

It is a non profit organisation so money is a problem.

The new website will be on wordpress usinging the flatsome theme and ftp access will be given

The site will need to be design with the open mind that the children attending the school are age 3 to 16 years old.
We haven't got a design concept in mind so will need a patient person to work with us.

The other plugin that will need to be integrated are:
- tribe event calendar
- Restrict content pro
- bbpress
- School Management System for Wordpress by dasinfomedia https://codecanyon.net/item/school-management-system-for-wordpress/11470032

The homepage need to have slider, a notice board to inform parent, event calendar, registration page (from School Management System )
Not sure what we need/want after so you will need to gather all the additional information from us byasking questions..
