Web build for a tour travel company (eCommerce)

I have a project that I'm looking for some help with. It's for a travel tour firm in Thailand. It will work very similar to their current site, but I have designed a new look and feel for them.

Let me know if this is something you can help with, there is a 2/3 week turn around to complete the job. I understand this is pretty quick, let me know if you think you might need longer. The finished design psd will be ready this Saturday, the attached jpg is just to give you an idea of the project. This initial homepage design has been signed off. The other template page is very similar. (2 template pages to build into wordpress, one for the homepage and one general content page template.

The budget is fairly low (approx £400) - at the moment I am just looking for talented, well priced individuals who have the right kind of backend functionality experience, with the ability to code a site that looks pixel perfect to the design I provide them. As this is something I have struggled with in previous projects (getting a site that looks like my design)

There will be more work to come if the project is a success, and the site looks just like the psd and works as it should. As you can see the site has a booking functionality and will need worldpay integration for when users buy a tour.
