I need somebody to set up a VOIP system for our clinic in Flintshire, UK. We are moving from broadband to fibre so now is a good time. We already use twilio so we need to set up our VOIP system to our twilio account to make them our service provider. All the twilio API's and stacks are already available in their libraries in multiple different programming languages so we just need someone to bring all that together,
We require a simple system including setting up the VOIP on a handset to make and receive traditional phone calls, ability to recieve and make calls when we are not in the clinic via an app. Set up the twilio settings to include call recording, simple monthly metrics (no. calls, duration of calls, missed calls, heatmap type graph showing call frequency by day and time) and answering machine functionality.
