Urgent - Create, design, build and host a basic 6 page website

I require a basic website, I have a six page website I need created. We have a logo and need the website designed around this. A template is fine, but needs a nice modern look at to be mobile compatible. I have the domain name so need help with hosting it too. Please quote to do everything to design, build and host.

The pages required are:

1. Home page
a. Introduction text and logos
2. Activities
a. Blogs of text and images
3. People
a. Pictures of team
4. News and blog
a. boxes of text and image which then open out into individual pages per news item
5. Get involved
a. A page we can add images and text to
6. Contact us
a. A basic form going to an email address

We need the job completed this week, ideally with a draft by Wednesday, can award by the end of today (Monday)
