Hi Irfan,
As someone else has mentioned, it would be extremely helpful to know exactly what data, where the data is and how it is stored, and how much data needs to be transferred from your existing website to your new WordPress website.
Does the data need to be displayed on a page or pages once transferred?
The details of your project are not currently clear enough for me, or anyone else for that matter, to quote accurately. Please take some time to provide a fully detailed project brief/spec with links and references to your existing/new website and full details on the 'data'.
Kind regards,
MatthewIrfan K.24 Nov 2023Data is currently stored on a mysql database, size is under 2GB, i have an admin panel to access the database on plesk , this data needs to be copied to the new website to shown as exactly how it is on the old website (to be shown on pages)
old website is www.universalvisas.com, there are three drop down on the main page, nationality, destination country and visa type, select any combination and you'll be shown the visa requirements and the document required to apply for visa.
I want exactly the same to be copied to my new website, three dropdown and on selecting the the options it should take the user to show the visa requirements.
I would like to have a CMS to manage this data as well (to change, delete and edit text) -
Hi Irfan,
It will be helpful to know:
1. What is your current website framework / CMS?
2. Can you share what type of content do you have, i.e. text, images, videos?
3. How much is the data, i.e. how many pages, etc. (it will actually be helpful if you can share the URL, or sitemap?).Irfan K.24 Nov 2023Data is currently stored on a mysql database, size is under 2GB, i have an admin panel to access the database on plesk , this data needs to be copied to the new website to shown as exactly how it is on the old website (to be shown on pages)
