Some changes to my Wordpress website

I'm looking to make a few changes to my current Wordpress website as follows:

- some text changes
- swapping a "latest tips" download for a new "business ebook" download
- having the ebook download on my existing landing pages as well

So I'm really looking to make contact with somebody who is of course expert in Wordpress and able to make the changes quickly and efficiently but also somebody that I can really easily and clearly communicate with.

Then once these changes made if I like your service then I'd like to keep in touch and use you on an ongoing basis for all future changes to this website and with other web projects that I plan for later in the year.
