I am a real estate agent looking for a developer to build a very simple sales pipeline for managing rental property enquiries.
The pipeline should allow me to store customer details, including name, contact information, rental start and end dates, budget, etc
The system should be
• Drag-and-drop sales pipeline with customizable stages
• Calendar for tracking appointments, follow-ups, and rental dates
• Ability to categorize and move clients between stages as their requirements change

    A few quick questions before I estimate properly:

    • Do you want this as a standalone web application or would a CRM platform such as Airtable, HubSpot, GoHighLevel, or Monday.com be acceptable if it reduces cost and delivery time?
    • How many pipeline stages do you expect initially, and should you be able to create/edit stages yourself?
    • Will multiple users/agents need access, or is this for a single real estate agent?
    • Do you need email and SMS reminders for follow-ups and appointments?
    • Should the calendar sync with Google Calendar or Outlook?
    • Do you want document storage (rental agreements, IDs, property details) attached to each client record?
    • Are there any reporting requirements such as conversion rates, active enquiries, upcoming rental expiries, or monthly performance statistics?
