Set up a test/ staging site for my wordpress website

I have already set up a test subdomain via cpanel. Host is TSOhost. I need someone to set up a staging site (clone) of my current site www.prowess.org.uk so that I can test new themes and layouts. This task will include setting up wordpress and then copying and FTPing over the relevant files and databases. Task will be completed when the staging site looks the same as the original site.

In addition, before doing this I need one plugin updated via FTP. Ubermenu.
