Responsive Wordpress theme built from PSD files

Description of every page/module: I need someone to build a custom wordpress theme
Description of requirements/features: I need someone to build a responsive custom wordpress theme with a focus on page loading speed. I will deliver layered PSD files for mobile, desktop and tablet.

The site needs to be responsive to all screen sizes and should load extremely quickly;

In terms of functionality the site has the following:
1. Sign up sidebar which captures name, email - the form will require validation on the email address.
2. The site has a Facebook like box which needs to be responsive.
3. Social share buttons

I will also need Google Analytics installed.

The site needs to be SEO friendly using the correct H tags / 0 duplicate content etc and should be built using the wordpress framework - sidebars etc.
