Kind of development: New website from scratch
Num. of web pages/modules: 5 pages, 1 page with 6 sub modules
Description of requirements/features: I hired a developer on PPH, but he just did not deliver. It is now over a month passed deadline. I need a developer who can work with me (designer) and have a 2-way communication about arising issues and someone who knows best practice. You should have numerous previous sites under your belt.

I won't accept bids from outside Europe.

Start is ASAP.
