Redevelop a Wix Website design onto a Wordpress CMS

I have a website which is currently a Wix template website which I want to have the design replicated onto a WordPress CMS - so as a new website. I can't publicly give you the website address so I appreciate the price may need to be negotiated when I am able to give this to you.

It has 6 main navigation drop downs in the navigation and from these there are probably 10 different internal design pages with multiple pages of these - eg separate pages for each of the benefits, services etc.

What I am looking for in your proposal is your experience to undertake this job, the probable timescale of undertaking this and at this stage an estimated cost.
