Redesign of existing website to new domain.

I presently own www.bluestarscheme.co.uk a searchable directory of hotels.
I want to launch a second searchable directory site with identical functionality, but listing a very different service.
I need someone to copy my existing site to a new domain (already purchased), changing the appearance and text, but retaining the principal layout and functionality.
Existing site is created in Joomla.
Ongoing opportunities for the development of the new site will exist once the basic site is replicated.
