Redesign of consulting/training website in Wordpress

Hi there,
Thank you for taking time to read my project.

I am looking at redesigning my current website (www.iconsultants.uk.com) to something which is more fresh and contemporary. Our business specializes in compliance, consulting and runs training courses. Therefore, the site must be able to take payments, book courses/manage events and be responsive as well as compatible to mobile devices.

We expect the freelancer to:
* Help us choose the right images for the new site
* Select a new theme
* Analyse our competitors and our existing google analytics data so that we can understand the pit falls of our current site and in turn create something which is more visually pleasing.
* Collaboratively create a design brief and work with us in an Agile manner.

We are based in Birmingham city center and would like someone to ideally have at least one face to face before they work remotely (travel will be paid for). Due to the urgency of this project, we are ideally looking for a designer that will be able to give is undivided attention to our project and not spent 10 min when he/she is free.
