Please redesign my

1. Blog page: to be a simple list with an index in right hand margin: all made as simple, clear and easy to read as possible
2. 'Free Resources' page: made as a simple list, a bit like a shop, with every document easy to download, and share direct from the website

Please also provide simple step by step instructions on how to add items to the 'Free Resources' page.
