Real estate development software

Hey!

Im looking for someone to help me with finding the correct software, if we have to develop it or if you could help me setting up with an existing software, i dont mind.

Me and my brother is developing multiple realestates at the same time, and need some kind of software to keep our minds tidy. :-)

-We need a "check list" software, with the option to have push notifications on an app or desktop version.

-It should be possible to make a project with a huge check list, the check list would be standarized so i wont need to make everything for each project.

-There should be an option to get a notification when something is not checked off in the list when there is a set amount of days gone from either start of project or a set amount of days until the project is due.


Would like to hear your thoughts for this, if there is an existing software you can help me set up or develop something like this. :-)
