Re-Development of Website Including Content Creation

Hi,
I have an existing site which needs re-developing. That is, the front end needs a re-design with additional pages added and a better UI. The back end needs some additional work too (e.g. minifying text). It is not a large site and doesn't need any e-commerce capabilities.
It has an existing FTP portal that I want to keep; I would like to have an option to put an auto-responder on there and a 'quick quote' facility.
This is in the translation sector, so previous experience of working in the space would be an advantage as I also need compelling and SEO friendly copy written. I would do the main keyword research but would like some help with the LSI keywords.
