Re-design/update to my current wordpress website

I have new photo and design elements including photos, logo, etc which you will use in the new design. Besides the re-design, we will only be copy and pasting the current content from the old to the new. The only new content will be on the front page design... I have the three videos that need to have thumbnails on the home page that when you click open in a light box... this section would go right under the main header/fullscreen background image. Also need to implement the subscription form from the old website but as part of the new design.


To be clear... I need the theme to be like the "Similar" URL above... I will provide links to the videos that need to open in a light box on the front page and the imagery for the new website.
