PSD to Fully Responsive Wordpress Website

General information for the website: To look like the examples, on the homepage and inner pages, be fully editable and robust to wordpress updates

Num. of web pages/modules: 5
Description of every page/module: I would like the ability to add more pages via a drop down or through the 'Services we offer' section on the home page design.
Description of requirements/features: Hi, I would like to use the attached design as my main website, it needs to look just like this design (the pics and text need changing as the business I'm in isn't plumbing but I like the style).

I would like every page on the website to have the same look but I will change the main header image to be relevant to the subject of the page.

The elements of each page will also need to be easily editable so I can change the header image and page text easily (see 'inner-page' design).

Can you confirm how you would put this together on wordpress? Would it be done on a certain theme? Will it look good on all devices and be fully responsive for mobiles? Also will it be free of errors when wordpress needs updating?
