PSD Designs converted to Wordpress on existing website

We require our current existing WordPress website redesigned using PSD's we have had created already. We require all the content from our existing site transferred across, including all SEO data.

You will need to be able to do the following;

1 - Use the Pre Designed PSDs to create the design on the existing WordPress website
2 - Ensure all information is transferred across from existing site onto the new WordPress website, the includes "ALL" content from images, price table information, blog, no data should be left out.
3 - Create and develop in a "test environment" provided by you
4 - Create a report of pre and post SEO data, so we can ensure that no information is lost and that we can improve in some areas of SEO
5- Migrate the site onto the existing server once the final designs are approved.
6 - Ensure Page Speed is very quick and passes a "good" + on major test sites. This means the framework used has to be lightweight and quick to load.

We will not pay for any additional costs, the above will be included and so ensure that your quote covers this.
