Professional website design

Hi there,

I would like to have a new visually appealing, responsive website built to meet the following criteria:

-The website must be mobile friendly and fast to load.
-It needs to be super easy to add new content and new pages without tech assistance.
-Access to be able to change page titles, Headers and meta descriptions
-It should also be easy to add hyperlinks in body text to link pages together
-It should have an xml site map
-Access to Google Analytics and Search Console
-It should not be an SPA (single page app)

I already have a website so domain name, server, SSL certificate etc has already been purchased.

The website is for an on-site Massage and wellness company based in London, focusing on office, Exhibition and event massage mainly, but also will be offering yoga, meditation etc too.
