Pricing slider for our Wordpress website

I'm looking for a developer who can create a pricing slider for our animation studios pricing page on our Wordpress website.

I'd like it to function (and look) a lot like this sites pricing (Though our variables/prices would be different... i.e. Animation complexity, speed of production, length of video)

I'm not sure if it needs to be coded with something like:

Or built using Gravity forms or similar.
