PNG files to Wordpress (doesn't have to be responsive/retina) - UK supplier please

Description of requirements/features: I have a client that needs a second version of there existing website turned into a WordPress site. This second version is being created to target a new market as a test to see what demand there is in this new market. There are PNG designs for this second site (5 templates make up the site: home, standard sub-page, Contact, Product category page, individual product page). NB. this is not an ecommerce site but a brochure site for a small group of products (5 products to start with).

As mentioned, this site is for the purpose of testing so whilst it does need to exactly copy the PNGs, it doesn't need to be responsive or retina if this helps keep the job simple.

A lot of the design/layout of the PNGs are taken from my client's existing website so there could be the option to use some of this site's HTML if that helps.

Obviously the finished site will need to be fully editable (so text/image content can be added, products/testimonials added/removed etc) and also be live on the chosen domain. The domain has been purchased and we'll give host details.

At the front end there is nothing out of the ordinary aside from:

- Lightbox or modal needed to click on each product thumbnail and zoom (this exists on the current live site if that helps)
- Contact form for Contact page
- Testimonial scroller (on homepage)

I'm happy for your bid to be conditional on you then being shown the PNGs before it's accepted.
