Description of every page/module: How are you at creating a wordpress plugin for creating a quote based on user inputs and selections?

Needs to have a back end which I can update prices and material etc. something similar to this

Description of requirements/features: As above needs to be able to add products so the end user can select their worktop type, lengths, size, thickness, etc all to work out on a quote at the end for the user.

Extra notes: We will be creating the website using this theme. http://kitchen.victhemes.com/ it's a start up company so we must keep cost's low, but there may be a reoccuring fee for updates etc.
