Ongoing Wordpress development

Hi we are a team of UK developers who are changing internal direction from web design to software design to concentrate on our imanageapp.com product and we wish to outsource ongoing wordpress development. (we will still lay out the designs)

The position you are applying for is longterm and will give anything from 10 hours a month to 120

Successful applicant will have English as their native tongue (for communication purposes) and preferably in the UK, or western Europe (time zones).

You need to have perfect Wordpress/ php/ html skills, not just in turning round a template, but in the advanced wordpress techniques such as tidying up the preinstalled code (moving menu code into footer for SEO, caching images, redirects etc) we only hand over the best wordpress code to our clients and we want the same from our new developer!.

HTML 5 applicant would be looked at favourably but not at all necessary and same goes for SEO trained applicants.
