Need wordpress web site designed

I purchased my domain names through namecheap. I would like to host my site(s) through them as well. They do not offer any website builder help. Ultimately I would like to have a web site that is approx. 3 pages. Landing page, form fill out page, disclaimer. I'm thinking it would be best if the landing page had expandable windows for the "fill in the blanks form" and "disclaimer" rather than the old and tired looking "contact us" "about us" type tabs to click on. I would need a database to hold the completed fill in the blank forms. A database that can be manipulated by categories on the form. (alphabetical, date received and so on) The landing page will have a banner, some graphics and art but mostly text. Once that is completed, I'm thinking I would then need 3 additional websites (4 total) that would be identical to the first except I would change the banner (heading). I want to use 4 separate domain names for 4 separate websites. I do not want to point all domain names to 1 site because I can't properly track the responses as I use them throughout the U.S. Thank you. I don't need them yesterday but before 2016.
