Need Wordpress template created from Themeforest PSD

I have purchased a template from themeforest ( http://themeforest.net/item/gym-extream-gym-and-fitness-template/2776006 ). It contains the homepage PSD and the html files with all scripts etc.

I am wanting to use this theme with wordpress, so it will need to be converted, and use suitable plugins where required (slider, gallery, schedule, social media etc). Testing can be done on our live server or on your testing server if you prefer.

The template is responsive across all screen sizes & mobile devices, and the wordpress template will need to be responsive also.
