Need support making Wordpress site look professional

We are launching a community interest company (not for profit) and are using the Alara Pro template to build our website. We have the content and have populated the template but are struggling to make this look slick and professional. The first project we therefore need is for someone to overhaul the site to make it look great. This includes making sure content is aligned, formatting is consistent, images are correctly sized, branding is applied properly. From this, there will likely be a follow on SEO project and bespoke website development next year once we are off the ground. We have a simple site with 8-10 pages and brand guidelines.
