My Web-site needs improvments & optimization for seo

My Web-site needs to be optimize for (SEO). I also need to improve my web-sites designs and flow or possible lay out. I would like to improve my navigation menu so that my clients can see I have other web pages ex. the drop down menu. I have a web page called meet the team. I would like to create photos of my team members with there titles under them. When the client clicks on the picture or name it links to there profile. I may need to add another web page to improve the flow . I included a picture as an example of the page that would be helpful. If you have any question about the job please let me know. I like to be transparent as possible.
