Move my website to Wordpress.com & add functionality (shop cart + blog)

I have a website in a customized CSM from 2009 which content unfortunately I can't fully manage anymore (after hosting transfer I lost the ability to identify some of the www elements).

If you are a php developer I may consider customized CSM if you can provide content management training + support.

I find wordpress a more sustainable and user friendly format. I need an expert who can suggest best theme, widgets and plugins to support the below, basic functionality.

Main website elements which content must be transferred to worldpress:
1. Landing page with links to following: 6 service pages + about us + log in + contact us + shifting slogan
2. Service pages with links to: case studies
3. Contact us page with message form incl spam protecting codes
4. Sign up / Log-in page leading to page with downloadable resources for members

Website elements that need yet a full design in worldpress:
6. News & updates page (interactive blog (comments) / twitter / video elements)
7. Shop for trainings or downloads - can be separate(book & cart / payment / checkout etc) (different to members log-in)
8. Our partners subpage

I have graphical elements+ content of the pages.

Please bid if you have sufficient wordpress knowledge to deliver these elements quoting your rate and delivery timeframe.

Examples of your previous work would be good to have.

Extensive knowledge of wordpress themes and their functionality (incl how they work with smartphones) is key here to advise on the best choice and deliver.

Please suggest logistics of the cooperation if you are based outside of London.
