Modify An Already Exsisting Genesis Child Theme - Wordpress

Description of every page/module: Here is my current website. As you can see, the content pages and sidebar are not attached to the footer. So it looks rather odd and not the way I intended at all.

I need help getting the footer attached to the bottom of the content and sidebar. It must do this for all pages. I don't care if there will be extra green space or white space to make up for pages that are rather long. I expect that. I'm sure there just needs to be a rearranging of the html. I just don't have the time to do it myself and need to get other work done. You do not need to make any other customizations. Only what I have addressed in this posting. I will take care of the rest of the work.

This is a responsive website, so you must make sure that the customization you make will display right on the mobile phones and tablets.

Description of requirements/features: The person I hire will need to be proficient and knowledgable in Genesis child themes for wordpress (along with php, css, html) as I am hiring you to customize this for me. All changes must be made thru the child theme. This template is using an older version of the education child theme by studiopress.
