Extra notes: I need someone to do a great job in converting my existing website in to mobile friendly ASAP. Ideally, before the 21st April when google changes it's mobile friendly algorythm.

I have previously paid someone to do this for me and they didn't do a great job as all my internal pages are not mobile friendly and was led to believe it was mobile friendly due to the homepage only being displayed on google mobile test.

I have made a screenshot from webmaster tools on the errors that needs to be rectified so the developer can view by email what needs to be changed in order for it to be 100% mobile friendly.

Only well experienced, honest and reliable developers who can gaurantee to sort this problem need apply.
